Black Teas Blend

  • English Breakfast: A perfect breakfast tea. Good body but not overpowering, coppery bright and excellent flavor. A traditional favorite.
  • Indian Spiced Chaï: Delicious blend of cardamom, coriander, cloves and many more! Best served with milk.
  • French Blend: Earl Grey, Jasmine and Lavender deliciously blended with flavory Ceylons, pungent Assams and malty Kenyas. Good flavor tempered with a flowery character and malty notes.
  • Moroccan Madness: Malty and flavory with some strength and the cool accent of peppermint. Coppery color with good brightness, tending greenish.
  • Irish Breakfast: A very full-bodied cup of tea. The strength and malty flavor of Assams combined with the brightness and lively flavor of the best Kenya teas.
  • Czar Nicholas/ Russian Caravan: Lively and sprightly with toasty notes. A hint of Lapsang relives the heady days and mystery of the Royal Court of St Petersburg.

Naturally Flavored Black Teas

  • Blueberry: Intoxicating blueberry aroma and sprightly full flavor of the tiny wild blueberry. Excellent over ice or served hot with a pinch of sugar.
  • Cranberry: Full flavored and pungent with a saucy cranberry character. Enjoy it iced with fresh cranberry garnish.
  • Monks Blend: Medium bodied and flavory with piquant Ceylon character. Blended with natural extract oils of vanilla and grenadine which impart a smooth and unique heavenly flavor.
  • Market spice: Medium bodied flavory cup with pronounced “cinnamon hot” character.
  • Peach Apricot: A flavory and tasty combination of mellow peaches with deep and full flavored apricots that makes an absolutely tremendous iced tea.

  • Indonesia

  • Sumatra Gunung Dempo:
    Grown in the Highlands of northern Sumatra. Light with a hint of body and maltiness.
  • India

  • Tarajulie- Assam: A rich full bodied tea with good malty flavor. A good all-day self drinker.
  • Nonsuch-Nilgiri: Pronounced orange blossom-like flavor with a light golden cup. Best enjoyed in the early morning.
  • Darjeeling T.G.F.O.P: Excellent Darjeeling. A delicate cup with the distinctive “Muscatel” character. Almost wine-like in taste. This tea is perfect for an afternoon tea party.
  • Ceylon

  • Lover’s Leap Orange Pekoe: Bright with excellent flowery flavor and a cup that tends somewhat light. A good after-dinner tea.
  • Nepal

  • Ilam 2nd flush: Light liquoring with muscatel character.
  • China

  • Lapsang Souchong: A superior leaf Lapsang Souchong offers a crisp character with a remarkable and heady aroma of an oak fire.
  • Keemun Panda #1: A winey, fruity tea with depth and complexity; takes milk well. Rewards the tea drinker with an exotic cup tending bright and reddish.
  • Yunnan Ying Ming : Excellent fullness with subtle China sweetness. Only produced during March and April when the mountain air is moist and cool.
  • Africa

  • Kenya Kambaa: Very malty flavor that has light hints of currant. With milk the cup is bright golden and inviting.
  • Tanzania Ambangulu: Full bodied tea with good flavor. A rich malty thickness that is mellow and satisfying with a bright and coppery cup.
  • Malawi Chisunga: A medium bodied cup of tea that is best enjoyed in the morning or after dinner. The cup is bright, tending coppery.
  • Rwanda Rukeri : A grainy broken Pekoe with a bright and lively liquor. Hints of malt macademia finish the cup.

Oolong Teas

  • China Orange Blossom Oolong: Widly exotic. Toasty roundness with fruity Jasmine notes. Stunning as an iced tea.
  • Formosa Oolong: Smooth and slightly sweet, toasty with a touch of dryness.

Green Teas

  • Genmaicha : Excellent Japanese green tea blended with fire-toasted rice. Light brownish yellow liquor with toasty flavor, tending sweet.
  • Sencha: Basket fired Japanese green tea from Shizuoka prefecture. Tending light liquoring and smooth with reasonable depth and body.
  • Kokeicha: Smooth light liquor with delicious green tea character. Tending sweet with a bright, golden yellow color.
  • Bancha: The cup is sweet with slightly greenish notes and a smooth taste. A haunting finish.
  • China

  • Chunmee (special grade #1): Full bodied, delicate flavor with toasty notes. Mellow smokiness lending to sweet tobacco or plum character.
  • Jasmine with flowers: A surprising body and a captivating floral character accentuated by specially selected May Jasmine blossoms.
  • Lucky Dragon Hyson: Enjoy a pleasant, fresh, greenish taste. Good body in the cup.
  • Formosa Gunpowder: A slightly grassy typical green tea character in the cup. One of our most popular green teas.
  • India

  • Steamed Darjeeling: Very delicate, light liquoring with notes of muscatel, hints of pungency (full body character- typical of a 2nd flush tea) .

Herbal Infusions

  • Egyptian Camomile: Our quest for the world’s best camomile led us to Egypt. We discovered large florets and superb flavor.
  • Peppermint: Takes your breath away. Very pungent cool fresh taste.
  • Camomile and mint: Full flavored and refreshing with superb Washington mint highlights. Delightful lingering finish. Tending deep yellow, verging on greenish.
  • Camomile and lemon grass: Very refreshing with a light and flavorful lemon character tempered with spring fresh hints of apple-like chamomile.
  • Lavender: Mild with slight pungency and a distinctive floral perfume character.
  • Lemon grass: A sweet lemon taste profile often used in teas to impart a lemon character with subdued tangy flavor.
  • Rose Hip: Mild and fruity with slightly pungent sweet pear notes.
  • Sweet Orange Peel: Slightly tart with gentle citric notes, very mild character verging on flavor neutral.
  • Yerba Mate- Green: Country of origin is Brazil. Greenish and vegetative, Yerba Mate is rich in caffeine.

Rooibos

  • Rooibos: Country of origin is South Africa. Rooibos is a herb that contains no caffeine. The reddish orange cup is fruity with sweet notes.

Naturally Flavored Rooibos

  • Bourbon Street Vanilla Rooibos: Fruity with sweet notes, vanilla flavoring gives this Rooibos a wonderful exotic vanilla n’ jazz taste
  • Le Marche Spice Rooibos: Fruity with sweet notes, cinnamon spice blend flavoring gives this Rooibos a wonderful spicy taste.
